1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. You may click on the link to track the status of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customer pays duties: S M Design Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at smdesignstudios2026@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. International Shipping We currently ship to the following countries: Worldwide for most products. Please note that international deliveries may take longer depending on your location and local customs procedures.
