Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or similar customer errors.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at smdesignstudios2026@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective or damaged item

We will work with you to provide a reprint or store credit at no additional cost.

Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.

All products are printed and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you.
